I’ve always wanted to visit Dublin Ireland, and I’ll be honest it may or may not be because of the movie ‘Leap Year’. I’m a sucker for romantic movies, and there’s sooo many places that I’d love to see. If i could pack up and hop on a plane right this minute, i’m not sure that my number 1 would end up being my number one. When it comes down to it, Dublin is somewhere that I’ve always wanted to visit, but to go back to the country where my parents met, may just be the icing on the cake. So Grenada might end up being my, drop everything and get on the plan to visit #1! So here’s my list!

R2’s Travel Bucket List:

  1. Dublin, Ireland
  2. England
  3. Grenada
  4. Bahamas
  5. Paris, France

I can’t say travel has always been in my blood, since the very first time I took a trip on my own was at 19, when on a whim and young love, I booked a trip to England. I had always wanted to visit London and experience the sights, sounds and culture. After spending three months visiting, Portsmouth, Manchester, London (of course), Cambridge and Leeds, the bug had bitten and I decided to move there. I ended up living in the UK for five years, doing much more travelling to Germany, Brussels, Scotland, The Isle of Man, Dunkerque, Rotterdam and Tenerife. After moving back to Canada, my travellings slowly decreased, mostly because the cost is much higher on this side of the pond, but after turning thirty a fire was lit. I wasn’t travelling as much as I’d like to and it was eating me up! So 2018, I have made it my plan to chisel out more time for travel and seeing the world. Five years is far too long…so I’m off to renew my passport, in the mean time- check out my travel bucket list.
