Sweet, sweet surprise,
The depth of my feelings for you,
Was something I never prepared for,
I am a planner,
I think ahead,
I organize and I execute,
Surprises aren’t my think,
It requires me to let go and
Relinquish control,
You flew into my life,
At a time when I was leaving it all up to fate,
To see what life would put in my path,
Accepting it would not be instant,
But, to my surprise,
My heart bursts for you instantly,
And I mean instantly,
Your ease,
Your honesty,
Your eyes,
Have all become such a sweet, sweet surprise
