Something in the way your blue eyes look back at me,
Like a lens into parts of you no one else gets to see,
Something in the way your fingers trace the contour of my body,
Filled with more than desire; with a thirst to discover every part of me, inside out
Something in the way your arms envelope around my body,
Not only comforting, but protecting me,
Something in the way you pull me in and kiss me on the forehead,
Gives me butterflies,
Something in the way I simply know and trust you in such a short space of time,
A mirror of the way I feel for you,
Something in the way you listen intently and show your interest
Capturing your full and undivided attention,
Something in the way you place your hand lovingly on my thigh,
